Originally from San Diego, California, Allison brings over a decade of experience in administrative operations and customer service to her role as Office Manager at Innovative Treatment Centers. After relocating to Maryland in 2023 due to her husband's military assignment, she has embraced her new community with a strong commitment to service, organization, and mental health advocacy.

Driven by both professional passion and deeply personal experiences, Allison is dedicated to ensuring that every client at ITC receives not only quality care but also clarity and support from their very first interaction. Her approach is rooted in empathy and efficiency—helping patients navigate scheduling, paperwork, and services with compassion and ease.

Her advocacy for mental health stems from witnessing her father’s battle with severe mental health challenges after a stroke in 2021 and walking alongside her husband through his recovery from PTSD. These experiences have reinforced her belief that no one should feel alone in their journey. At ITC, she strives to be a warm and reliable presence, ensuring that each client feels seen, heard, and supported.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys exploring her new home state, spending quality time with her husband, and continuing her personal growth through community involvement and wellness practices.
