At Innovative Treatment Centers (ITC), we are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care and addiction treatment. To ensure that you receive the highest level of care, we ask that all clients understand and follow the responsibilities, policies, and procedures outlined below.

Self-Pay Rates

We believe in transparent pricing for clients who choose to pay out of pocket. Our self-pay fees are:

New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation: $300
Follow-Up for Medication Management: $180 (Pricing may vary if therapy is added)
60-Minute Psychotherapy Session (Including EMDR & Pain Reprocessing): $180
ADHD Testing & Surgical Psychological Clearance Evaluations: $300

Please note: Prices may change depending on the complexity of services rendered.

Appointment Responsibilities

You are responsible for attending all scheduled appointments. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Cancellations for Monday appointments must be made by Friday at the same hour.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after that time will be marked as no-show.
Failure to cancel or attend appointments may result in termination of services.

Financial Policies

Insurance Clients

ITC will bill your insurance, but it is your responsibility to verify your benefits.
You are financially responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, coinsurance, or services not covered by insurance.
All payments are due at the time of service.

Medicaid Clients

Medicaid covers all fees, including missed appointments.
However, excessive no-shows may impact your continuation of services.

Self-Pay & Private Insurance Clients

Payment is required in advance for all services.
Failure to pay may result in appointment cancellations or discharge from services.

Controlled Substance Policy

We follow a strict yet compassionate approach to controlled medications to ensure your safety and well- being.

Benzodiazepines

Only prescribed for FDA-approved indications, short-term use, or clear medical necessity.
Will not be prescribed with opioids or other CNS depressants.
Misuse or manipulative behavior will result in medically safe tapering and possible discharge.

Stimulants for ADHD

Prescribed following comprehensive evaluation.
All prescriptions are verified via the Maryland PDMP.

Suboxone, Sublocade & Brixadi Policy

We proudly offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone, Sublocade, and Brixadi as part of a holistic recovery plan.

Requirements:

Full psychiatric and substance use evaluation
PDMP review
Signed treatment agreement
Random UDS and monitoring
Mandatory therapy participation

Compliance is Key:

Missed appointments or signs of diversion may lead to termination of treatment.
Integrated care is provided for co-occurring psychiatric conditions.

Missed Appointment Policy

Self-pay and privately insured patients will incur a $75 fee for:
Appointments missed without 24-hour notice
No-shows after 15 minutes
Medicaid patients are not charged but must comply with attendance expectations.

Past-due accounts (60+ days) may be referred to collections or small claims court. Clients will be notified prior to escalation.
