Ashley Tsu, CRNP-PMH

(ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression)

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

(she/her)

Ashley is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to delivering compassionate, integrative mental health care. She began her nursing career on an intermediate care telemetry (IMC) unit before transitioning to the emergency department, where she spent six years responding to urgent and complex patient needs. These formative experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the urgency of accessible, trauma-informed mental health care.

Ashley earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware, where she also completed undergraduate studies in both Behavioral Health and Nursing. Her academic and clinical training shaped her holistic, patient-centered philosophy: addressing root causes, not just symptoms, and understanding the interplay between emotional, physical, and cultural well-being.

As an Asian-American clinician, Ashley brings a culturally responsive lens to her work and is especially passionate about supporting individuals from similar backgrounds. She is committed to creating a safe, affirming space where patients can feel seen, heard, and empowered on their journey to wellness.

Ashley’s goal is to offer the highest quality of mental health care through collaborative treatment planning, thoughtful prevention, and ongoing professional development. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve sustainable wellness by fostering insight, self-awareness, and balance.
