Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
(she/her)
Hello! My name is Ebonee Davis, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology from McDaniel College. I am dedicated to helping clients rebuild and sustain healthier lifestyles through a collaborative and compassionate approach.
My Approach to Therapy
I utilize evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I specialize in working with individuals experiencing Depression, Anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and have experience treating clients from ages 12 to 70 across diverse genders and cultural backgrounds.
I take a Client-Centered Approach—which means I won’t offer quick fixes or pass judgment. Instead, I serve as a partner in your therapeutic journey, empowering you to be the expert of your own life while I walk beside you through the healing process.
Professional Experience
My clinical background includes work in both inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, including Sheppard Pratt’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adolescents. This experience has reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate care across varying levels of mental health needs.
