Jessica Perez serves as Case Manager and Outreach Coordinator at Innovative Treatment Centers, where she combines her passion for mental health advocacy with her commitment to community engagement and support. She recently earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development, from the University of Maryland, College Park.


During her undergraduate studies, Jessica interned with the Family Programming team at The Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where she gained valuable experience working with children and families impacted by chronic illness. This experience solidified her interest in developmental psychology and strengthened her desire to support individuals navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges.


In her role at ITC, Jessica assists clients in accessing vital resources, developing personalized care plans, and maintaining continuity of care. As Outreach Coordinator, she is instrumental in building partnerships with local organizations, increasing community awareness of mental health services, and helping reduce stigma.


Jessica will begin her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Towson University in Fall 2025, furthering her goal of becoming a licensed mental health professional. Her work is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a strong belief in the power of human connection.


Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys volunteering, reading, and exploring wellness practices that align with her mission to support others on their healing journey.
