With a background in Cardiorespiratory Therapy, she combines clinical knowledge with exceptional organizational skills to ensure patients feel supported from the very first point of contact.

As an Intake Specialist and Virtual Assistant at Innovative Treatment Centers, Natalia is committed to providing compassionate, detail-oriented care coordination. She believes that mental health is just as vital as physical health and is passionate about creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for every individual on their wellness journey.
