Understand Your Pain. Find a Way Forward.
When pain becomes part of daily life, it can change how you feel, what you do, and what you believe is possible. You deserve care that recognizes that whole experience.
Rewiring Pain is an eight-week mind-body recovery program that combines pain neuroscience education, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation. Through discussion and guided exercises, you’ll learn about your pain experience and explore tools to help you navigate it with greater understanding and self-compassion.
Our goal is to help you reduce fear, build confidence, and reconnect with the life and activities that matter most to you.
What You'll Explore Together
Education: Understand the science of chronic pain and how your nervous system influences your pain experience.
Discussion: Share, reflect, and gain new perspectives alongside others living with chronic pain.
Somatic practices: Explore body-based techniques to help calm and regulate your nervous system.
Guided weekly exercises: Practice tools you can bring into your daily routine.
Support and growth: Build connection, confidence, and hope as you learn together.
