As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and ITC's Spravato Treatment Coordinator, Aislinn often meets people after the road behind them has already been long. Some have spent years searching for relief. Others arrive wondering whether they have exhausted every option. For many, Spravato represents a different path after the ones before it haven't brought the relief they hoped to find. Aislinn meets that uncertainty with patience, reassurance, and the simple reminder that whatever someone is carrying, they do not have to carry the next part alone. Her care lives in the way she listens, the respect she gives, and the way she makes people feel valued simply because they are. Her warmth has a way of radiating outward, softening the space around her and reminding people that they matter here.
As those days together become part of the journey, Aislinn gets to witness what she loves most about this work. A smile beginning to return. Someone reconnecting with the people they love. A person slowly starting to feel like themselves again. She knows these moments may look small from the outside, but she also knows how much it may have taken on the inside to reach them. Away from the clinic, Aislinn finds meaning in life’s quieter moments, too. A natural introvert, she recharges in time spent with her fiancé, her dog, and her family. She loves baking, trying new recipes, and learning new techniques in the kitchen, but what she loves most is sharing what she makes. For Aislinn, there is something special about making another person's day a little brighter, whether through something she baked, a simple act of kindness, or time spent with the people she loves.
At the heart of Aislinn’s work is a belief that everyone deserves compassion, dignity, and hope. She knows brighter days can feel impossibly far away when someone is struggling, but she has also had the privilege of watching people find their way toward them.
