The person behind the care

About Bianca

Bianca Hatch believes some things become a little easier when we don't have to carry them alone.

Sometimes, being met with care is enough to make what feels heavy feel a little lighter. Bianca treasures the pieces of life people share with her, the milestones that deserve celebrating, the goals still taking shape, and the harder days when simply having someone beside you can make things feel a little more manageable. She may not be able to change everything someone is walking through, but she can care about how they're doing while they walk through it.

Because beneath the appointments, the questions, and everything that needs to get done, there is always a person. As a bilingual Medical Assistant and Receptionist who speaks English and Spanish, Bianca has the opportunity to meet people in many different moments of their care. No matter how busy healthcare becomes, she believes we should never become too busy to remember who the work is for.

Bianca's empathy is rooted in an understanding that life can sometimes become heavier than we expected. Her own experiences with mental health shaped her desire to help others through those seasons and taught her how powerful it can be to feel genuinely supported when things seem beyond our control. She wants people to know that where they are now does not have to be where they remain. There can still be movement. There can still be hope.

More About Bianca

Always stay curious

moon icon

Bianca seems to live with that same sense that there is always something more to learn, somewhere new to grow. Her natural curiosity sends her looking for answers when she doesn't know something, and she carries what she learns into the next day. She is currently pursuing her BSN-RN and training to become a volunteer EMT and firefighter, continuing to discover new ways to serve the people and community around her.

Outside of work and school, Bianca finds some of her greatest peace outdoors. She loves hiking, exploring state parks, gardening, yoga, and spending time in nature with friends and family. Recently, that sense of adventure carried her somewhere entirely new when she became open-water scuba certified. Beneath the surface, she's already discovered a few favorites, sea turtles, eagle rays, and even coral-banded shrimp.

For Bianca, hope and healing are not about pretending the difficult parts never happened. They are about making peace with what has been, learning what helps us loosen our hold on what no longer serves us, and allowing ourselves to look toward a better tomorrow. She knows how bleak life can feel when everything seems beyond our control. She also knows that improvement is always possible, and sometimes we begin simply by doing what we can from exactly where we are.
