The person behind the care

About Natalia

Natalia believes sometimes the kindest thing we can give someone is a little more time.

Time to explain. Time to ask the question. Time to find the words. Natalia is naturally patient, and even when the day is busy, she tries not to let the person on the other end of the phone feel that busyness. She listens carefully, stays calm, and remembers that behind every appointment is someone navigating a life she may know very little about.

As a bilingual Scheduling Coordinator who speaks English and Spanish, Natalia is often part of the process of helping someone connect with care. She knows reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming, and she wants each interaction to feel reassuring rather than rushed. To Natalia, no one is simply an appointment on a schedule. There is always a person behind it, and their story matters.

More About Natalia

Approaching her work with empathy and intention

moon icon

Natalia's own journey of learning to care for her mental well-being helped shape her interest in mental health and showed her how meaningful the right support can be during difficult moments. It continues to shape the way she approaches her work today, with empathy, intention, and the belief that people deserve to be treated with the same kindness and dignity she would want for someone she loves. She values being part of a team that extends that same care to one another, believing that the way people care for each other behind the scenes eventually reaches the people they serve.

Outside of work, Natalia loves traveling, discovering new places, trying different foods, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with her partner, family, and the people she loves. Some of her favorite moments are the simplest ones: sharing a meal, having a meaningful conversation, or hearing a song that brings back a happy memory. She is also interested in learning more about psychology and deepening her understanding of human behavior, emotions, and the ways people heal and grow.

For Natalia, hope is the quiet reminder that no one is defined by their hardest days. Brighter moments can still be ahead, even when they feel far away, and healing doesn't have to happen all at once. Sometimes moving forward simply means finding the strength for the next step, and having someone patient enough to meet you there.
