About Carrie
Carrie Miller has an extraordinary way of helping people see what has been there all along.

She believes that every person possesses the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change, and that healing begins the moment someone feels safe enough to be fully themselves. Her Approach
Care tailored to you
Carrie believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Every person's story is unique, and she thoughtfully tailors therapy to honor each individual's experiences, values, strengths, and goals.
Carrie's approach to therapy is deeply human. She leads with presence, authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Guided by the belief that meaningful change grows through connection, self-awareness, and small, intentional steps aligned with a person's values, she helps individuals build confidence, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with the person they already have the capacity to become.
Outside of the therapy room, Carrie's creativity and curiosity continue to shine. She enjoys writing, journaling, crocheting, spending time outdoors, taking long road trips, and finding new adventures wherever life leads. She also has a special love for her three cats, whose quiet companionship reminds her each day that love, trust, and connection often speak the loudest without words. Whether she's visiting her twin nephews, volunteering with animals, or simply embracing life's everyday moments, Carrie believes that staying connected to creativity, wonder, and the people and passions we love allows us to show up more fully for ourselves and for others.
For Carrie, hope is never about pretending life isn't difficult. Hope is believing that no matter where someone begins, they are capable of taking the next step forward.
The Light sHe Hopes You Find
“Courage doesn't always roar. It's not always so loud. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says, ‘I'll try again tomorrow.’ Keep going. Never stop.”
- Carrie
