The person behind the care
About Navneet
For Navneet Gill, care is a partnership, one built on trust, understanding, and the belief that no one should have to navigate their mental health journey alone.
Her path into psychiatric care began as a registered nurse, where she witnessed firsthand the difference compassionate, patient-centered care can make during some of life's most difficult moments. That experience continues to shape the provider she is today. Navneet takes time to listen, understand each person's unique story, and create an environment where patients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in their care. She believes meaningful progress happens when clinical expertise and human connection work together.

Her Approach
Grounded in compassion
Navneet is passionate about supporting individuals through both ongoing mental health concerns and the changes and transitions that can disrupt a person's sense of balance. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, with individualized treatment plans that may incorporate medication management, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and holistic strategies based on each person's needs and goals. She focuses on building trust, strengthening healthy coping strategies, and helping patients become active participants in their own mental health journey.
Navneet's approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and genuine curiosity about the person behind the symptoms. As someone who speaks multiple languages and values connection across diverse backgrounds, she also recognizes that culture, language, family, and lived experience can shape the way someone understands mental health and healing. Her goal is for patients and families to feel heard, valued, supported, and empowered throughout their care.
What continues to inspire Navneet are the people themselves, their strength, resilience, and the trust they place in her during difficult seasons. Being able to walk beside someone as they begin to feel better, build confidence, and recognize their own capacity for change is what gives her work meaning.
Outside of the clinic, Navneet finds the most joy in time spent with her family. She loves taking walks, exploring new places, trying different restaurants and cuisines, and creating meaningful memories with the people she loves. Given a completely free day, she is just as happy staying home, relaxing, sharing good conversation, and appreciating life's quieter moments.
For Navneet, healing is a journey shaped by progress, patience, and the courage to keep moving forward. She believes that even during difficult seasons, meaningful change can begin when people feel supported enough to believe in what is still possible.
