Rachel Stahl (She/Her)
Office Manager
Meet Rachel Stahl, Office Manager at Innovative Treatment Centers, who leads the office with patience, steadiness, and a focus on making every visit feel welcoming.
The person behind the care
About Rachel Stahl
Rachel Stahl believes care can begin long before someone ever steps into a treatment room.
Sometimes it begins at the front desk. In the patience offered when someone is overwhelmed. In a warm welcome on a day when simply walking through the door took courage. In an interaction, however small, that feels like a moment of relief rather than another hurdle. Rachel understands that even the smallest exchanges can shape whether someone feels like they have arrived somewhere safe.
Rachel has always been curious about people: how the mind works, how we adapt, and how human beings continue moving forward after experiencing difficult things. That curiosity led her to earn her bachelor's degree in psychology, but some of her deepest understanding came from life itself. Witnessing addiction and recovery within her immediate family gave Rachel an early understanding of just how complex healing can be: the setbacks and small victories, the impact on the people we love, and the hope that somehow keeps us moving forward. It shaped an empathy in her that could never have come from a textbook alone.
That empathy is woven into the way Rachel leads the office today. She pays attention to the moments when someone may need a little more patience, a little more reassurance, or simply an extra measure of kindness. And when the office gets busy, Rachel works to remain a calm and steady presence because she knows that the way she shows up can shape the experience of the people around her.

More About Rachel Stahl
Logical and compassionate
Rachel also brings a practical side to her care for others. She describes herself as logical, compassionate, and efficient, and her role allows those parts of her to work together. She loves knowing that meaningful work in behavioral health does not belong only to clinicians. Sometimes it looks like making a process run smoothly, helping a team find what they need, solving a problem behind the scenes, or making sure the person standing at the front desk is never made to feel like just another name on a schedule.
Outside of the office, home is where Rachel's heart is. She loves quiet time with her husband, their Australian Shepherd, Theo, and Haku, their cat, who firmly believes he’s in charge. Rachel enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing tennis, and movies with a good plot. She also loves traveling and experiencing new cultures, and she firmly appreciates the value of a good joke. For Rachel, the best days are rarely the extravagant ones. They are the ones that give her enough time to slow down and enjoy the people and animals she loves most.
Rachel's understanding of hope was shaped long before she became part of ITC. She knows healing rarely moves in a straight line and that setbacks do not necessarily mean progress has disappeared. Hope, for Rachel, is continuing to believe that things can get better even in the moments when they don't feel like they will. It is part of why she cares so deeply about helping people move beyond the fear and shame that can keep them from asking for help, and reminding them of the resilience they may have forgotten they carry.
